The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via 3.5 flights of stairs through a magnificent stairwell in a historic Art Nouveau building from 1910.
Its original, preserved condition did not allow for the retrofitting of an elevator.
So take the climb as a chance to get some exercise.
The building has 15 small condominiums (some of which are vacation rentals) and a Sparkasse branch
on the first floor; It has been extensively renovated and, with its delicately structured facade, the corner turret
, and the dormers set among the original roof tiles, is a true eye-catcher.
This outstanding appearance is matched by the
exquisite finishes of the 36-square-meter apartment, which includes 2 (!) shower rooms.

Loading and unloading is possible in front of the building,
