I like everything about this hotel. I have stayed here quite often being my son is at SFA. This is my go-to place whenever I visit him multiple times throughout the year. It is always clean and staff is very welcoming. I love the size and comfortable beds. Housekeeping is very accommodating should I need extra of anything. Breakfast choices are plenty. Looking forward to my next stay in a few weeks.

This was the 3rd time that we've stayed there when we came to town for our annual Family Reunion. We didn't attend the past two years, so it was a nice surprise to see the very noticeable changes/upgrades in the hotel. We really enjoyed our short overnight stay.
Parking is a little limited but you all can't really control that, otherwise I feel like you all are doing a great job for a hotel in a college town.

Hotel was clean and quiet.
Staff threw out over $70 worth of food that was in the room refrigerator. We had not checked out. A sign on the bathroom mirror states they would not come in to do room service unless requested or if stay exceeded 3 days. We stayed one day. GM was supposed to contact me and hasn’t yet.

Nothing
Water pressure to shower was awful. Coffee terrible. Liquids on furniture and tub. Seems old.
