The “Durmitor” vacation rental is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Enjoy the ocean view and the sunset right before your eyes every evening—the vacation apartment has a private balcony, and a 200-square-meter sun terrace on the building’s roof invites you to relax.

The vacation rental is officially rated 4 stars and is also the first vacation home in Montenegro to be certified with the European “EU Ecolabel.” Numerous other national and international awards guarantee a perfect vacation.

If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free in the private, radio-controlled parking lot, and we offer a free charging station for electric cars.

Surroundings & Attractions:

The most beautiful beaches on the eastern Adriatic are located between Bar and Ulcinj—many of them have been awarded the coveted “Blue Flag,” which guarantees the highest water quality. The beach in the small village of Utjeha is one of them and is just a few minutes’ walk away. On the way there, you’ll find small supermarkets, a bakery, and small restaurants with ocean views. The best place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables is directly from the farmers right in front of our house.

The vacation rental’s location is ideal for exploring the entire country—the cities of Bar and Ulcinj are each just 10 km away and easily accessible by bus during the summer months. Children and water sports enthusiasts will have a blast at Velika Plaža, the 13-kilometer-long sandy beach near Ulcinj. Also worth seeing are the old towns along the coast and the national parks inland. The mountainous landscape in the north is also worth a visit.

For travelers arriving by plane, we offer a personalized airport transfer service.

Transfers from the airports in Podgorica, Tivat, Tirana (Albania), or Dubrovnik (Croatia) can be easily arranged with us after booking your vacation rental.

Accessibility by public transportation:

The nearest bus stop is just a few hundred meters from the apartments. From there, shuttle buses run regularly (hourly during peak season, four times a day during the off-season) to Bar (to the main train station, bus station, and city center) and back. From the bus station and main train station in Bar, there are regular connections to Podgorica and all other major cities.
