What a great space! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Property is quiet, weather was perfect, fireflies made their appearance! Host checked in several times to ensure all was good & nothing was needed. Electric recliner is dangerously comfortable :-) If you don't need the hustle/bustle of being downtown, this is the perfect laid-back location.

This was an ideal place to stay for a few days of cycling in Asheville. The property is quiet, it's newly renovated, it has everything you need and it is located just a few minutes from downtown. Easy parking is a plus, and the host was helpful, friendly, responsive and very kind. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in Asheville.
