Perfect location between Penn Yan and Seneca Lake. Very cute house. The property was clean and the hosts responsive. I would stay here again.There were more instructions than I am used to for vacation homes which felt a bit burdensome. Additionally, the instructions told us to bring disposable items (coffee filters, TP, paper towels, laundry detergent) but all of these items were well stocked when we arrived. Overall, still a lovely vacation rental that I would recommend to others.

One of the cleanest, and most unique, properties I’ve ever rented. Host communication was seamless.

The place was adorable. It met all of our needs. The hosts were great and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. The location was perfect to travel to the lakes.

This property was all and more we could have expected. Starting with unique decor through out the house, each room had its own individual identity but all blended together. From the pristine table settings to the wall art or the individual tea cups on the bed. It did take us a bit to find the hot tub , come to find out it was located in the garage, and relaxing it was. One of the best kept secrets was the second bedroom had a king bed, that made two kings and two queen , the most comfortable bed ever. I would highly recommend this property, close to Penn Yan and plenty of wineries. 5 stars!
