This beautiful, spacious one-of-a-kind single family home is located in the center of Anaheim. Situated just a few minutes from Disneyland, Knotts berry farm, packing district, beaches, and Anaheim convention center. Fireworks from Disneyland visible from the yard. - Max Occupancy - 14 individuals including infants - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee $40/guest/day. Self check-in with keypad.
+ Please note: The front door code should continue to work after your first entry into the house. However, if the wrong code is entered multiple times, the system will automatically lock. If that happens, please wait about 10 minutes and try entering the correct code again, or press and hold the top button for 15 seconds — it should reset and allow access.
- Laundry Machines are located in the Kitchen and the garage.
- We provide the grill but not the propane, if you would like to use the grill you will need to buy it from the nearby Walgreens or Stater Bros. Market. We have many supermarkets and stores located conveniently near the house as well.
- Our house can park maximum two cars in the driveway. Please follow the street parking rule if you’re parking on the street. Guest will responsible for any parking violations. Due to county regulations our driveway only permits 2 vehicles at a time. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- Please keep noise level to a minimum after dark from disturbing the neighbors. Quiet time is 9:00PM -8AM. No excessive noise or loud music after 9:30pm (noise complaint $500 fine)
- PARTIES: Not allowed. If there is a party, or excessive noise after 9:30pm that disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to leave without refund. No parties ($500 fine).
- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE ($500 Fine)
- DISCLAIMER: For your safety and the safety of others, security cameras are installed around the property monitoring the front door, back door and side gates.
- If there are any problems with your stay, please let us know immediately.
- Since COVID-19, we only provide bath towels to ensure health and safety. You’re welcome to bring your own if needed.
- Please make sure all remote controls for the TV and AC units are in their proper place before checking out. Each AC control has a corresponding holder on the wall. We will charge $40 for each missing remote.
- Please throw away all paper products into trash cans after use to prevent clogs in toilets and sinks.
- We have regular garden services weekly. The gardener will move out the trash cans outside the curb for the trash pickup. From time to time we will come to check it if necessary.
- If you are staying on Monday, please bring in the trash cans when they are empty and put them inside of the left side gate.
- Before you leave, please
1, put all trashes in the outside trash cans.
2, Put the used towels in the washer and start to wash.
3, Put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start to wash.
- Please take all your belongings at checkout. Items left behind will be held for two weeks after notifying the guest before being discarded.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in backyard to monitor the decimal, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal.
- Security Deposit: If anything is damaged, or broken the house rules, you may be charged.
- Fines will be deducted from the security deposit.
+ Notice: The furniture in the pictures may not be the exact same as what is on the property as it is occasionally replaced due to damage.

The property worked for our large family trip to Disneyland… Only recommendations would be make sure to bring your own towels and washcloths because this property doesn’t offer any small towels. Other caveat is there are certain rooms in the house that are very warm, but the host does supply fans. Host was super responsive great location close to Disney.

Great place. We were in California for our son’s wedding. So had family flying in and many trips to the airport. Centrally located for everything. Visiting Beaches and Downtown Disney. Even can see some of the Disney fireworks. Thank You.

We had to light some of the burners on the stove and couldn't get the oven to work. No hot water in part of the house the last day.

This house worked well for my staff to stay in for our convention. Really the only negative was the neighborhood and the large amount of cars in the road.
