Our only complaint is we did not have more time. We made a last-minute reservation as Mt. Etna rerouted our departure from Sicily, sending us to the Palermo airport, and the Relais was so nice we are sorry it wasn't part of our prior plans. Would have liked to use the small but tranquil pool and explore the area more. The staff was lovely and helpful, even though I speak no Italian and they speak little to no English. But it all worked! Spacious, clean, and comfortable, if spare, room.
