100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
Very clean and spacious, tidy, proper appartment/boutique hotel style rooms. Up to North-American/European standards.
Located inside a mall, you get access to a plathora of options for dining and shopping a few steps away from your room.
The reception is hard to find at first as it is kind of hidden behind the mall. Although it is close to a mall, there isn't much else around. You'll need to catch a ride to go see the more interesting parts of Cebu.

I like the location, cleanliness and room space.
Noise from next room can be heard.

Location was good, lots of shops close by for quick bites to eat. Not too far from the port to catch ferries out to the islands. The rooms themselves aren’t too badly laid out and are spacious.
- Rooms a bit smelly on entry - need to give aircon a service or put in some deodoriser to help with this.
- Pretty noisy, I think this might just be the building design. They need to add some carpet or some other sound deadening materials to the place.
- No/lukewarm hot water, might be that the system isn’t quite big enough for the building.
