It is very clean and tidy, very new and well-equipped, just like in the photo. The location is convenient, and all the scenic spots of the old city can be reached on foot. It is quiet and safe in the hustle and bustle. There is an elevator. Check in and check out are very convenient. Wi-Fi is also very easy to use, no problem.
I'm satisfied with everything.

"Location is great. In the center of old town & near Santa Cruz - lively neighbourhood with nice restauarants. Very clean. The staff was great."
