We recently had the whole family together to celebrate my Mom’s 65th birthday. We were a group of 9-65 year olds. The fire pit was fun at night and the we got to chase lightning bugs. The game room was well loved by all of us and you will have to be our family’s high scores on both Mr. Do games We were wondering what the downstairs area looked with beds. I am attaching a picture. Don’t mind our mess. The bunk beds are right there when you get down the stairs. If you stay in the upstairs loft be prepared for some sunny morning wake ups as there are a lot of windows in that room. Loved how we were able to take backroads to avoid a lot of the traffic. We loved Hillbilly Golf, Alpine Mountain Coasters, and Goats on the Roof Coasters. If you are looking for something fun and exciting you have to do the Guided UTV tours by Off- Road Gatlinburg. So worth the money!!!!

Creek was peaceful, hot tub was hot, game room was eventful!

This property was absolutely perfect for our size group! It was spacious and had three full baths. It was great for a friend's trip because they had a game room and a theater even a hot tub which we didn't have time to use and a fire pit. I will definitely be returning with my family one day.

Listen, this is an amazing house. We absolutely loved it and it had the sleeping arrangements we needed for our family. The arcade room was great for noisy kids, the theater room made movie nights super cool, and the home & decor were beautiful. Here' the problem- the upstairs bedroom had mold all over the ceiling. We first noticed mold problem in the washer. It was all through the detergent drawer, and on the jets, seal, & door. I sent a message and they had the cleaner there within 30 minutes to clean the washer. The couple staying in the upstairs bedroom was feeling sluggish and tired most of our stay. One of the last days we were there, we noticed all the mold on the upstairs bedroom ceiling. They are very allergic to mold, so that explains why they were feeling so drained all week. I sent a message and the lady said she would pass my message along to the owners. I haven't heard back. I feel it's necessary to let you know that the mold is growing in the wood ceiling, which is especially important for families with mold allergies and those who know the dangers of mold exposure. The second issue was that the downstairs bedroom didn't have a door at all. The person i had contact with said they had to take the door off due to a fire code issue. We didn't know this ahead of time, and we were expecting to have a bedroom with a door. This room is directly across from another bedroom, so there is zero privacy for changing in bedroom #3.
