This property was conveniently located, a short 10 min walk to the Peru Express chair lift, and had everything you would need for a ski weekend. Highly recommend.

Short easy walk to mountain house base area
Kitchen updated
Large living room/kitchen area
Cons:
Covered parking requires going outside to get to condo entrance
Unit faces shared parking lot with nearby loud bar. Woke myself and wife up several times one of the 4 nights we were there
Overall, the unit was as expected but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bar across the parking lot. Units on other side of bldg probably less noisy

The unit was clean, easy to get to, and within walking distance to the Peru lift. Sky Run does a good job making everything easy and you get the discount on rental skiis as well.
