Location and facilities
Just in the beginning the information to get the password to open the apartment door was a little bit confusing.

beautiful and neat apartment, and we really liked it.

Location and beds were comfortable
Getting in was so confusing. Communication was confusing. For the amount of money we paid, we did not have nearly enough supplies like toilet paper and paper towels for the stay. For what they are charging, they could provide a much better experience.
