We always do a good bit of cooking, and it has an excellent & well appointed kitchen. The pool/spa with its view is everyone’s favorite. ESPM is very responsive when a need arises!

Bonus is the location at the far end of Vanderhorst with dedicated beachside parking which was a real plus of one of our mobility-restricted guests. Highly recommend and very responsive hosts.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was full on fun. Our house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were a big hit with both the kids and adults. We had a lot of fun and relaxed during our stay. The house was stocked with items that we needed, everything was clean. There was a bit of mold around the door that led down to the garage. But overall everything else in the house was great.
