Clean house, good communication, and a great environment for your friends and family. Would definitely recommend if you are coming upstate!!

Spacious, convenient and clean. Had a great time at this property!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The layout was perfect for a large group, with a really cool mix of room types that gave everyone their own comfortable space. There were plenty of beds and rooms, so it never felt crowded even with multiple couples. One of the highlights was the spacious dining and gathering areas, perfect for out kids, teens and adults and the birthday celebration. It was ideal for gathering together, eating, relaxing, and spending quality time as a group. The hot tub was also a huge hit — it was convenient and provided hours of fun!The house was clean, well laid out, and thoughtfully designed to balance togetherness with privacy. I loved the red country look and large lawns. The pond was so surreal to just sit and chat by. The central location made everything incredibly convenient and easy to access, which made the trip even more enjoyable.Highly recommend for family getaways, group trips, or anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious stay!

We were a group of 23 in a house ment to be for 26. Nevertheless, we had to spend lots of time to find the sleeping arrangements. Two, had to sleep on a couch!!. Not enough linen, propane canisters for the grill were empty and eventually the grill didn't work at all. Had to spend precious time at walmart to get linen and propane. Host is not available during weekends. She wouldn't give us the code to the laundry room, so we had to reach a laundromat. One more issue, the front door wouldn't open with the entry code we recieved, we checked in through an open sliding door, and had leave the house that way each time we went on our trips, risking our valuables inside.
