Charming cottage.

The house was perfect for the weekend. It was very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and main attractions on Tybee!

This is a charming, pet friendly home. The vivid beachy color scheme and pup theme lends to a wonderful beach ambience. It is convenient to restaurants, bars and the beach, all within walking distance. The property company was wonderful and receptive. Great outside seating as well. We really enjoyed it and will be back!

I rented this property 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience, so I returned this year. I travelled with my husband and 2 dogs. The dryer was broken and whoever comes in to clean did not notice that there was knobs missing. The overall condition of the property was not small dog friendly. The past guest did not pick up their dog’s mess in the yard. It was not really small dog friendly as there were several broken pickets and gaps in the fence and the gate didn’t latch. I had to supervise my dogs every time they went outside. There was a 2 inch blanket of pine needles covering the unpaved outdoor space, the walkway to the outdoor shower was missing boards. The couch is collapsing on itself and the bed creaks every time you move on it. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. It has WiFi but only local channels for tv. It’s in a great location, but the owner needs to invest some money into keeping it up and come by and check on things The condition is so much worse than it was 2 years ago when we stayed there. The management company was quick to answer texts and offered a laundry service. Overall I wasn’t happy with the house.
