Lovely villa in an excellent location. 10 mins walk to Protoras, 3 mins to Tiny Beach for a swim.Well equipped and aircon throughout. Excellent pool and pool area with beds and pool sofa.

Lovely outside area and good location, quiet but very near to the coastal walk.

We stayed for 1 month mid Feb to mid March 2026. As we have stayed locally before in the winter months we are aware that the area is very quiet. The local supermarkets are open and a few bars and restaurants. Do not believe Google when checking if bars and restaurants are open as many do not show they are closed for winter. The villa is well located and although we hired a car for the month the buses are very regular and run from the top of the road to Ayia Napa and Paralimni. The villa is spacious and has 3 large bedrooms. The outside area is well shaded for the hot weather and has a great bbq area however we did not use it. Overall a great villa.

Lovely villa couldn’t fault spotlessly clean pool spotless, very quite location 15 min walk to main resort along coastline.Would definitely use villas to let again.
