It's a wonderful home and an excellent location. We particularly enjoyed using the dinghy and the kayaks on the lake right next door. And, it was very nice to be so close to a great beach. The owner was incredibly helpful to us and was very communicative. The house is well stocked and has a great backyard for hanging out.

Everything was great! The owner was extremely responsive when we locked ourselves out of the house. The only comment I would say is that there are not enough cooking supplies. Not enough plates, glasses, etc. No food wrap etc. Bring your own ketchup mustard, shampoo everything.

We had a great time at the home in Centerville. The location was wonderful and the home was in excellent condition.

This was our first family trip to Cape Cod. This house has a great location, just across the street from a private path to the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and dinghy that were provided and the back deck. The house was OK. We arrived and there was no key in the lockbox as stated it would but the owner answered our call right away and addressed the problem. Upon entering the house, we were met with an overwhelming cleaning smell. The house was generally clean except for the window sills and some cobwebs under furniture. Some ants and sprikets, unfortunately. The two bedrooms were fine; mattresses were comfortable enough. The basement beds were hard so our kids ended up all together in the king bed while my husband and I took the queen. Having the washer and dryer was nice. The front windows would have been nice to look out of, but they were damaged, so we couldn't see out. Shower water pressure and temperature weren't great either. I would say the house was adequate but, unfortunately, underwhelming for a vacation experience.
