Wonderful experience. House is well-maintained, stocked kitchen, great/functional pool & hot tub, well-decoratedGreat laundry room with huge sink, as well as garage renovation that gives secluded kids play room / hang out area.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and had a lot of room for us. It was very close to the ocean, stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice, exactly like the pictures. It was a great location with a park and playground across the street for walking and fun. The beach was super close and so were many restaurants. I gave it 4 stars because there was a big stain on the linen of one bed and smaller stains on another. Considering the linen fee is over 200, I'd assume they'd ensure all linen was in great condition. Another small issue that prevented the perfect experience is they only provided one trashbag for the entire stay. Small-ish issues but I do feel they are worth mentioning because the house is very close to 5 stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at the property, we immediately noticed the house was NOT cleaned well at all. All the bathroom showers had black mold in them, the house smelled of mold, the washing machine was full of visible mold and reaked of it, the return vent and filter was full of dust caked on it, the sheets had hairs and what looked like pubes in them, dirt, dust, sand all over the house and floors, the microwave was not usable - all of the inside was peeling making it a fire hazard, bath tubs had hair in them from a razor, soap scum in them and what looked like coke or juice poured inside the tub and wasn’t clean. The hot tub heat wouldn’t work. Ladder /towel holder in master was ripped off the wall and just leaning there. We had nowhere to hang our towels. The master bath had an ant problem and a roach was in the kitchen. Very poorly maintained and it showed. We stayed here last year and it was not nearly this bad. Very sad bc this is a nice house and if it was taken care of properly, would be an excellent rental. We had to spend hours cleaning- not what you want to do on your vacation.
