Hotel La Nacional By Kavia

Located right in the city centre next to the Cathedral and Plaza Grande. The room was big enough, comfortable bed and okay AC. The staff were very helpful. The shower pressure was great. The property and common areas were clean. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

No fridge for cooling water or storing food in the room. The elevator takes forever; its often faster to use the stairs. The tiled floor in the room looked a bit old and didn't match the modern aesthetic

I didnt had breakfast, not included. Overall, staff, room, location was good. Will come back another tine.

Close to all in Centro Security guy standing outside was very helpful to find free parking 3 blocks away. Very comfortable bed.

Not an inviting entrance, old and dingy. Receptionist girl at desk wasn't very welcoming. Room was up one interior flight of stairs with no handrail fir this 77 year old man. Room 102 door was flimsy and didn't feel secure. Older headboard and side tables with stains and paint drips. Old small chair in corner of room uncomfortable. Small room with large windows overlooking small courtyard and building wall. Not inviting. Wall between room 101 and 102 thin and could hear their TV until late at night.
