Found this hotel after my previous accommodation had cancelled my stay the very last second. Checked in very late at night with no problems. Had a very comfortable stay
The location is quite far from the Old Town.
Every time you want to enter the hotel, you need to call the reception to open the gate, you are not given a code to the pin-pad, which is quite obnoxious.

The property is very close to the main train station and in a lively market street. The room itself had everything you could want - including a fridge and a balcony. There was even a bunch of pegs for drying clothes. It was so good, I’ve rebooked it for when I return to Tbilisi next week.

Everything is fine there. Staff is helpful and kind, location is good and rooms are nice and clean. I also got a balcony with nice mountain view.
