very comfortable cottage with a lot of thought taken to provide everything you would need and attractively presented[appreciate the bath being retained] well placed base for Lincolnshire wolds and what a great incentive to walk rather than driving to Louth,to have Hubbards hill park was great way to reach our destination.

A great cottage in a lovely location. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. It has been finished to a high standard. Louth centre is well worth a visit, with lots independent shops, cafes and pubs and a market three times a week. There are plenty of walks in the local area too.

A lovely comfortable cottage in a good location for accessing the various nature reserves in Lincolnshire.
