It was a beautiful house. The only problem we had with. It was the upstairs bedroom. We couldn’t get it cool enough.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the 1660 Guest House! The separation of the four bedrooms gave us sufficient privacy while the common areas gave us plenty of space to come together. There was plenty of tableware and cookware for our needs, a roomy refrigerator, and a very nice cooktop. The decor made the space seem homey without taking all the space needed for our belongings. We did not speak to the host personally- there was no need since the instructions were clear. Only minimal cleanup was required, which made departure day easy. The location is great for getting around the Franklin area.
