Very spacious and clean property. Was everything that it was advertised as. Had all the amenities that a vacationer would need. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location and a relaxing vacation!

We have been going to Hilton Head Island for almost thirty years,,and this was the best house we have ever rented! The communication was excellent and I believe the caretaker and the owner went over the top to accommodate us! The house is stunning, every room meticulously decorated and comfortable, with a bathroom to almost every bedroom, an open concept kitchen, dining and living space so our large group could hang around with each other with ease and comfort! The outdoor space with the pool and gathering spot under the deck where they could watch the soccer games, as well as a spacious screened in porch made even the rainy days comfy and perfect for games and conversation! The caretaker Juliette was a huge help and as friendly and accommodating as a new friend. I appreciate every detail and it's obvious the owner loves his home and wants the best for his guests! Thank you so much David and Juliette for giving us one of the best week's of celebration and vacations we've ever had! We hope to stay at your home again!Sincerely,Kathy

The property is very comfortable, very well maintained, very comfortable in a good location. Close to the beach and close to Coligny

Kitchen and dining tables were perfect for our large family, also having 5 rooms with king beds was outstanding! Perfect accommodations! We were very blessed and made many memories
