I’m a pretty lenient reviewer. I found a few hairs in/around the bed. This made me a little uneasy because then I wondered what else wasn’t all the way cleaned. Every guest expects clean sheets and to not find hairs all in/around the bed they’re supposed to sleep in. This would’ve gotten 5/5 but the bed hairs warrant a 4/5. Overall, it was a very convenient location and easy to access.

Our host was great to work with. Her directions were perfect and it was easy to get in and out. We had everything we needed while we stayed there. The pool was relaxing for us during a busy week. I would only suggest drink coasters for your table and we weren’t sure what to do with the towels before we left. Thank you for being so open to communication and making our trip easy.

I had to cut my stay short for medical reasons. However, the home was comfortable and clean.

The place was exactly as described but could use a deep clean. The shower was clean but had stains. There was a key fob for the common areas and gym access which did not work. You could get in the common area but not out! When booking I received an email from the host telling me to expect further communication the day before check in around 7pm. I did not receive any communication and could not get a response from the host without VRBO's assistance. I was then told I would receive the info later the same day as check in. This process needs to be reviewed. Not receiving any communication until right before check in is not a reassuring feeling!Getting locked out (or in) of areas is unsettling so I will not be staying here again.
