Everything ok for the price we paid for the area and time.
The entrance from the dark alley was not so pleasant. During the day the lift was not working for some time. As we wereon the sixth floor we were pleased not have to get up the stairs with suitcases, but down.

Location was perfect. Nice breakfast, clean.
Helpful staff.
The air conditioner is obviously set to go off at regular intervals. Made for an uncomfortable night when it got warm. Let customers control their own temperature

The location was great being very close to the Duomo. I could see the Duomo from my room. The room was clean and spacious. The WIFI and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good.
There was nothing that I didn't like. The staff was helpful, especially finding the property for the first time. It was easy to navigate the building after the first time, but the first time in the building was a little unusual having to enter a different door and getting on the correct elevator.
