I have stayed at Ferienwohnung Le several times, it’s the only place to stay in Adenau in my book!
The private garden is a gem with a patio seating area to relax in and a peaceful atmosphere watching the wild birds feeding in the ornamental garden

Beautiful location and the garden surrounding and up to your private entrance were beautiful. Off-road parking and very friendly host.
There is direct access from the family part of the house (upstairs) with a simple staircase down to your area. Not a problem whatsoever for me, and trustful hosts to not venture down without permission.
