Everything was good.

Nice and spacious room and a wonderful view into Bangkok's center. Comfy bed with friendly staff make me feel welcomed. Good AC, lighting and customer service generally makes a nice experience.

Not enough hotel amenities such as comb, toothbrush and toothpaste. The sustainability movement is not suitable for anyone any we should be able to get our towel changed everyday.

I did not get the room package with breakfast so i can't attest to that. but i had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel which is Charlie's. And it was good food.

What I didn't like was the reception staff during the night shift. I had a little accident and sprained my ankle so I couldn't walk. I was looking for an ice compress or just ice and the hotel didn't have any, granted that it was at 11pm already. She instead ask me to go to 711 which is around 800 meters away, even if I said I couldn't walk. I wish she could have lent an extra helping hand, like maybe ask another staff to buy ice. It's a minor grudge but for a solo traveller, details like would be greatly appreciated, knowing your hotel can and will assist you in case of emergency. Thanks!
