Nicest staff! Amazing location.
A little noise from hallls but the noise machines helped. Small spaces but it is nyc.

Great Location. Steps from the subway. Several delis and supermarkets and a starbucks. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Wifi worked great. Overall i would stay here again
Elevator and room need some maintenance (fresh paint) but its not awful. The sink is badly designed: you hit your head with a shelf trying to brush your teeth and get wet. The shower is TINY and water gets everywhere but pressure and temp are great.

The shower was amazing. The location was perfect for the subway. Staff were great.
Not the cleanest down the side of the bed. The floor next to the shower floods despite our best efforts. Extra towels needed.

Decent location, very tiny rooms the floor actually had a hole in it. I wouldn’t recommend the ground level it’s very loud you hear everyone coming in and even the staff on the phones.
Maybe the bigger rooms higher up are more comfortable but if you are just looking for a fairly clean room in a good location its fine.
Noise on the ground level. Coffee facilities aren’t in your room they are in the foyer which is a bit annoying.
