We had an issue about ice machine but it was fixed quickly. The doors to balcony did not want to lock properly but that was only issue. House was beautiful & clean. Loved the 2 refrigerators & 2 washer & dryers. It would have been nice to have an elevated but us “old folks” survived!! Haha. We will plan to stay there again!! Love the house!!

This home is exactly what we needed for our family vacation. It was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped both inside and out. The pool was perfect for us as we didn’t really go to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of parking and a great location! If you have someone that can’t go up and down stairs I wouldn’t recommend this house. Only thing we wished for was a bathroom on the lower level where the pool was.We really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful location would not hesitate to book in the future.

We recently stayed at this beach house and came away feeling that the price simply did not match the quality of the experience. While the home itself is great, there were several shortcomings that made it difficult to justify the premium cost.The biggest disappointment was the location. Based on the listing and price, we expected a more desirable setting and easier beach access, but the location was much less convenient than anticipated and didn't provide the beach vacation experience we were expecting. The view looking out from all of the balconies was simply not nice. The house overlooks a parking lot, condos and a public entry to the bay that is very crowded. There was even some sort of heavy equipment in the water nearby. The location gave a very industrial feel vs. a relaxing beach feel!We also lost a day of use of the pool because it was dirty/unsafe to use. Mgmt. responded quickly, but we still lost a day of pool use!We were also surprised by the lack of basic household supplies. For a rental at this price point, we expected essentials to be stocked, but many everyday items were either missing or provided in very limited quantities. Having to purchase basic necessities during a short vacation was frustrating and took away from the overall experience.Overall, the house may work for some travelers, but given what we paid, we expected a higher standard of comfort and convenience. Unfortunately, the value simply wasn't there, and we left feeling disappointed.
