View is beautiful, thus we did not need the television at all. You can see the Palm, the Royal, the Burj al Arab, the Marina in the distance all the time. The area and surroundings are calm and has a park near the house. There are 2 small shops and a pharmacy on the ground floor which made our stay really comfortable. Washing machine has a quick 14 mins program, as well, I brought a washing capsule so no need for many clothes. It is important: the knives are SHARP! It is really helpful :) Kitchen is well equipped with IKEA items.
I don't have such thing, but please note that there is only one usb-socket converter in the flat and there are any socket converters available (on the reception either). We bought in a mall. If you switch on the gas with the switch on the wall, you need to wait for a little while to operate the gas stove. We were a bit afraid first when we were not able to light its fire, but after a while it worked perfectly :)
