Host was very responsive, house was perfect for our family! We had 3 adults and 3 kids in our party—2 are toddlers. They loved the yard and called it the sandbox. The game room was a huge hit and a perfect spot if you have teens that want their “own space.” We had a blow up mattress for one and the other slept on the pullout soda. (That space itself basically has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom plus the kitchen) ..so bring those mattresses!! 3 bedrooms inside were cozy and spacious!! The master bedroom has a smart tv (the other 2 bedrooms rooms don’t have tvs so that would be a nice add.) The jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a long day of walking. The pool was nice, not huge but it accommodated us perfectly (it is only about 5ft deep). The yard stays nice and shady. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, WiFi was fast. Grill outside, fire pit for smores. You do need bug spray at dark for mosquitos if you plan to sit outside. I would suggest bringing extra towels if you have a large family but other than that we had a great time and would recommend to others in the future!

The location of this property is good, just a short 2 block walk to the beach, with easy access. The location is quiet, which is always appreciated. There are some general maintenance items that would improve the location. For example, wall damage in a few areas. Also the game room had a musty smell, so we did not end up using this space.Kitchens very important to me. This kitchen was stocked with the basics, but nothing beyond that.

This house was the perfect fit for my family. Close access to the beach and river. Restaurants near by, quiet friendly neighborhood host was very responsive and great with communication. We will definitely be booking here again!

Beautiful. Short walk to the beach access. Pool small dirty and cold. Broken door to the dirty screened porch. Neighbors are disrespectful to renters. And absolutely no noice at all aloud at all all day!
