The house was clean and spacious with plenty of well appointed bedrooms. It was a quick commute to various activities around the city, which allowed us to do a wide variety of activities. The backyard was peaceful albeit small. Our only difficulties were having enough room for all 5 of us to sit and lounge together on our cross generation trip (both inside and outside), and the kitchen was not as well appointed (with cooking materials) as I am used to in other VRBOs. The 2 master bedrooms were perfect for our group, especially the first floor bedroom for the grandparents on our trip. Overall, an amazing location close to the city but also peaceful and relaxing.

Very well maintained and clean classic Squirrel Hill home. We had very minor fixes needed and it was very quickly remedied. We hope to stay there again next year. Thank you !

The house was perfect for our stay but I'd like to start by talking about how great the property manager was during our stay. First off, when we originally booked there was a hot tub but unfortunately it was taken out a few months before our stay. The host contacted me to offer a full refund which was the right thing to do but we ultimately decided to stay anyways. There were originally 6 of us going to watch Morgan Wallen night 2 in Pitt but two of our party were no longer able to make the trip. Unfortunately, the concert ended up getting cancelled due to the threat of severe weather. We were all heartbroken after all the planning, driving, money spent and decided we were going to head home. I reached out to the host and explained that we were going to leave early and head home. Although they didnt have to return anything, out of the kindness of their hearts they did refund for the extra guest which I really thought was a great gesture after such a disappointing trip. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our 4 and honestly easily could have handled 3 or 4 more guests. Parking for one car is included but it was too tight for my truck but I was easily able to find a nearby spot on the street. Wifi was fast and one of thing that you dont usually see on a review (but sure is important to me) is the water pressure in the shower was awesome! Overall, a great house, a cute neighborhood and easy to navigate to downtown. Would stay again!

House is located approximately 10-15 min drive from central city Pittsburg. Nice sized bedrooms. Kids enjoyed playing the Wii. Issues with overflowing trash receptacles upon arrival and non functioning hot tub. Property manager took care of trash the next morning but was unable to fix hot tub. Hot tub is leaking badly(must refill everyday), held together by visible tape, and does not heat. The hot tub was unusable our entire stay and should not be listed as an amenity for the property which is one of the main reasons we booked this property over others.
