We loved our stay here. The villa is only about five minutes on foot from Porto Koufo’s tavernas, supermarket, marina and other points of interest, yet it feels wonderfully quiet and private. The amazing beach of Toroni is a couple of minutes drive and you can probably get there by foot, too. The house itself (one of several similar properties) was exceptionally comfortable, modern and spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, there are three TVs and three air-conditioning units, excellent Wi-Fi and 5G, premium toiletries, extra linen and everything else you could realistically need. Secure parking is right beside the villa, behind an automatic gate. The garden and pool became our favourite place to relax. Beyond the garden is an olive grove, with beautiful hills in the distance and the sun rising behind them, while from upstairs you can also see across the natural bay of Porto Koufo. But the best part was Dimitris and Rena because they are exceptionally warm, generous and discreet hosts. We arrived to a huge welcome package with local treats, wine and ouzo, plus other thoughtful gifts. During our stay they brought us homemade pastries, and cleaning included fresh towels and bed linen. Then, on the morning we left, they handed us freshly baked pie, still warm, “for the road.” That says everything! It's a beautiful place, but even more importantly, run by wonderful people.

The pool is compact but perfectly suited to the space, with comfortable outdoor furniture, bean bags, towels and even a ceiling fan over the terrace. Morning coffee there was wonderful, as was cooling off by the pool after the beach.

Very clean and the kids loved the pool.

Would be great to have also some outdoor playground, but the property didn’t have space for it.

The property was very beautiful and extremely clean. The interior was modern and new. Each room had its own AC as well as bathroom where everything was provided for. There is a small pool in the backyard as well which was very clean and nice. They even surprised us with breakfast which was homemade traditional greek desert.

The property is in a hidden neighborhood which was hard to navigate. If you don’t have a car it makes it difficult.

-the intimacy that the villa and the location provides - the cleanliness, the confortable beds -the modern dewign but still with natural fabrics/ furniture - Dimitris and his wife were very warm, respected our intimacy, gave us delicious treats when we arrived and in the first morning - the location was perfect for us who don t like crowds
