Location was fab, really close to the town, trains and beach. Owner was lovely, replied very quickly to messages and helped with a request we made. Really lovely welcome hamper. House was comfortable, had everything we needed to host a Christmas dinner, plenty of pans, oven trays etc. Lots of notices asking us to be minful of the neighbours (it's a terraced house so only fair) but we could hear the neighbours through the walls. Parking is on-street, fine Friday 8pm-8am Monday as you can park on both sides of the street, can be a bit trickier outside of those times. Be aware that there are stairs down from the hallway to the dining room and kitchen. Overall a great place to stay.

The house was quirky and spacious for our group of 6. It was clean and the bedding and towels were nice. while some beds were comfortable one of the beds was very uncomfortable with maverick springs sticking up all over the place making it very difficult to find a comfortable spot to get any sleep. The only bathroom is very tired and could do with an update.
There was plenty of crockery and good knives but thepans were not big enough to cater for 6.
