Kaganat Hostel

Extremely clean, the house keepers are always cleaning the bathrooms, good kitchen, comfortable beds and rooms, great location in the centre of Bishkek

Had a weird incident with my laundry. The staff said it was finished but it did not get washed (it was hiking clothes so very easy to tell it was not clean). I asked it it could be washed again and this time it was but still not well, had to hang dry my clothes and also had to leave the next morning so just had to hope it was dry. The cleaning staff ended up moving and scrunching all my clothes together on one drying rack so my clothes weren’t able to dry properly

It was my first time in a hostel, and best experience. The staff were very friendly, answered all questions and were generally very helpful. I had kept my bag there after checking out, and it was kept safe. The room was clean, comfortable. I slept in peace, there were no disturbance. I would commend all the staff, who were very knowledgable.

It got slightly warm, and even though the AC was on, i think guests generally preferred the window open, so it was a little warm. It was still comfortable enough to sleep. Also, there were no toilet sprays, and its not unique to the hostel but atleast the showers were connected to the toilet so it was easy to clean my self after.

Good room for the price. Staff allowed us to check in at 4am and we were also able to do laundry.

very nice new looking facilities tap with water filter wifi women only showers provided towel nice helpful staff great location AC in the rooms good value for money

entrance! we only got in because someone was entering the building. It is not clear how to enter the building at all. After that its 2 floors up the stairs, that is no problem.
