The unit was very clean and great views. The only issues during stay were the following. 1. The kitchen sink faucet stopped working called host to fix came same day (replaced battery) go figure. 2. The A/C unit would auto program overnight to 75 or 76 while sleeping. I could manually set down to 71 but only a very short time. Fought this all week. Code needed to access pool and beach area, This code changed on Sunday and we left Monday no email sent about change. Just a suggestion to owner, purchase a cooler for renters to use while staying in unit. Other than those issues listed stay was awesome.

This was one of the nicest facilities we’ve stayed in on the beach. Clean, beautiful views, pool was clean and the maintenance crew always seemed to be doing something around the property. Some of the best beach in Florida and somewhere I’ll go again in a heartbeat. Enjoyed every second of it.

We have stayed at Mediterranea for a few years now and it’s beach front bliss! This unit in particular is fully remodeled and stunning. The master is gorgeous! My husband and I stayed with my parents and our two boys (ages 10 and 13) and have zero complaints. We can’t wait to come back and book this unit again.

Stayed in a well maintained condo with great amenities!
