Thompson Madrid, by Hyatt

Great location but the real bonus is the amazing staff. Dont miss Jacks Club for late night cocktails.

The room, amenities, staff, food.

The location was very centric, but there were protests going on so it was a bit crowded nearby.

We stayed at the Thompson Madrid for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, stylish and comfortable, with an excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. We were especially touched by the way the hotel acknowledged our honeymoon. Although our reservation did not include breakfast, the hotel kindly offered us complimentary breakfast throughout our entire stay, as well as a complimentary late check-out on our departure day. These generous gestures made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well looked after. A very special mention goes to Romerio, who was exceptionally kind, attentive and welcoming. His warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout our stay and would be very happy to return.

Nothing

Great location beautiful room super confortable

Too many party people at the time of my stay, not so good for kids to be honest. The consierge is useless, her answer to everything was I know the same that you know. I cannot get reservations anywhere. Just incredible
