Great house, Great Host, stay here if you want to have a Great Time!!!

Great family memories were made in this beautiful Lake Sinclair lakefront home! Everything you could need on one property. Great activity room for all ages. Plenty of water toy activities. Relaxing, quiet, well equipped home.

This is a fantastic lakehouse overall. The host was incredibly kind and very helpful in getting us settled, and I really appreciated how responsive and attentive he was to any questions we had throughout our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this property was for the lake access and outdoor amenities—paddleboards, yard games, and all the extras—which made the place feel like a true getaway. While the house itself was great, many of the outdoor amenities appeared to need some upkeep. The pedal boat had collected a lot of stagnant water, which made it unusable; the zipline wasn’t usable due to a lack of tension, and the lake inflatables and outdoor items hadn’t been cleaned recently and required rinsing before use since there were spiders and bugs all over them. That said, this property is packed with activities and would be an amazing spot for families with kids. There’s no shortage of things to do, and it’s nearly impossible to get bored here. With a bit more maintenance on the outdoor features, this place would easily be a five-star stay. I’d absolutely recommend it, especially for families looking for a fun, activity-filled lake retreat.

We had a great stay. Host was extremely hospitable! The house was very nice and well kept.
