We had a wonderful stay at this property near the lake. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living room were large and great for relaxing and the game room was a big hit with our kids. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. It was a big perk to be able to park in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as expected, and pre-decorated for Xmas for our family to enjoy.

The condo was accurately described concerning location, and number of rooms, etc.
Unfortunately, the property was not clean.
The first hour we were there, I spent cleaning the greasy fingerprints off the cabinet doors.
The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was unusable because the blades were covered in a layer of dust. I discovered this when I turned on the fan and the dust flew off and got on the comforter on the bed. That item had to be washed and dried because I have asthma and did not want to sleep under the dusty comforter.
The seal around the dishwasher door was a biohazard. I cleaned that also.
Finally, the bedroom carpets were disgustingly dirty. There was nothing to be done about that, so we just lived with it.
I only contacted the Host about the dirty cabinets, and her answer was that the cleaners told her that they cleaned the property well.
I don't know why we had to pay a cleaning fee when we left the property cleaner than we found it.
