Located in the heart of Grömitz, Haus am Kurpark puts shopping, banks, a pharmacy, and doctors—as well as Grömitz’s excellent restaurants and, of course, the beach, promenade, pier, and seawater swimming pool—all within a maximum of 500 meters.

Adjacent to the beautiful Kurpark with its own entrance, your vacation retreat is right on your doorstep.

All apartments are comfortably furnished and provide you with a cozy vacation home when you return from a long day at the beach or from excursions in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.

Our “Seewind” apartment is a 3-room apartment measuring approximately 80 m², ideal for a family of four, and located on the mezzanine level of the building.

The living room with dining area is a place for coziness and socializing. Enjoy your breakfast in this light-filled room or on the balcony (southwest-facing) before starting your day. The comfortable seating area, armchairs, and flat-screen TV invite you to relax while dinner is being prepared next door in the separate kitchen.
The two bedrooms, each with a double bed (90 x 200 cm), also have their own balcony access. One bedroom features its own spacious bathroom. From the hallway, you have direct access to the second bathroom, which is lit by natural light and features a shower.

The apartment includes a parking space on the property. There is a shared storage area for bicycles or handcarts you bring with you. In the basement, you can wash and dry your laundry for a fee. The garden offers a beautiful view of the spa park. The large, fantastic playground right in the spa park next door is a huge hit with all the little guests.
