Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Great property in historic neighborhood. Listing was accurate. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. I stayed there by myself and felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. I had a last-minute change in travel plans and needed to add on a night. The host was very responsive and accommodating to my request. Will definitely stay here again!

Kitchen has a Kurig so be sure to get pods.The house is functional as a historic property but we really only used it as a place to sleep while in town for work. Getting ready with 3 people and one bath was slightly difficult as the bedroom didn't have a mirror so everyone required the bathroom, but the beds were comfy.It is a nice part of town, near the college and on a quiet one way street.

Very clean, older 2-bedroom home. Close to all the Main Street action. House had all the amenities we needed.

We asked to check in just a bit early and they were not accommodating. While we were waiting outside the property waiting to check in, the cleaning crew showed up 30 minutes prior, and did not appear to do much cleaning. I’m unsure why they couldn’t have accommodated. Also when the crew left they didn’t even acknowledge us to say we could go in. One of the TV’s in the bedrooms was nonfunctional and when I asked for assistance, they sent maintenance out and ended up providing a Roku, but expected me to signup for an account vs them providing the service. So never had any television in the room for an 8 day stay. Had to request additional toilet paper and paper towels because they only had one extra of each for the 8 day stay and 1 dish towel. They surely didn’t want to provide any extras unless requested. In my opinion, the house was bare minimum for the price and definitely no frills. No dishwasher and laundry in old basement of which you really don’t want to access. Okay if you were staying a day or two. Otherwise I would suggest finding a better option. Wasn’t overly impressed.
