I was super skeptical when I was driving in the neighboring properties were a little run down. As soon as I turned in the gate I was pleasantly surprised. Regal Oaks was quite nice for a short stay. The pool was relaxing my daughter loved the waterside. We had deers right out our front door and owls in the trees. Having the hottub on the back patio was perfect for when the adults wanted to relax but the kids wanted to be in the water. This specific unit could use a few upgrades but it was super comfortable and an excellent value for the price paid. The host was super great.

There was a small hiccup at beginning. However the owner was very communicative and fixed everything. The house is decorated very fun lots of amenities and fantastic location. We will be back.

Great location and very nice condo.

Definitely needed to be dusted and better cleaned. Not enough supplies like trash bags. Hand soap was watered down in both bathrooms. Definitely plan on buying your own toilet paper. No pool towels at all but host ordered and received later. More bath towels would also be a plus.
