Such a quiet spot for the night. Fairly close to town and still secluded enough for a quiet night in. Very comfy rooms.

There are only 2 small negatives. There is no TV. We didn't notice that in the posting, but it also wasn't a big deal for us. Since we called it an early night that day, we were thinking about a movie, but again, it's not the worst scenario. However, I took roughly a 6 minute shower, and an hour later, the lady wanted a bath, and there was zero hot water. It did, however, get warmer in the morning and was able to get her hot shower in. I'm sure this is an easy fix with water heater adjustments, or maybe it's just a super small tank, and you should put more time between showers?

This house has a nice spacious layout with very nice views from inside through the windows. The homeowners were very responsive and friendly with their messages with helpful tips on trails around Crestone.

This property needs a freshening up. There are several, in fact most screens on the windows around the house are broken so we could not open the windows up in the evening to cool the house off due to the extreme amount of mosquitoes in this area. Having no air conditioning with this made for a frustrating and rather uncomfortable visit. There is a neighboring house that is very close by which is not expressed in the pictures. This property is advertised as a convenient location to the great Sand dunes national Park but it is well over an hour away. The bathroom had a pretty good mildew smell going on and there were several spots of smashed mosquitoes and blood on the walls. There were a few armed and baited mouse traps on the floor that our dogs could access so we had to do a full scan of the house to find them all before settling in. We did not find the mattresses to be comfortable. The owner had a note in the house as well as sent messages telling us not to leave anything but a perfect review.. so sorry but this is not a 9+ out of 10 on booking in its current state. Properties with those ratings on here are in perfect condition.

Liked all the light from the many large windows, beautiful views, very spacious, full kitchen, nice patio deck, comfortable mattress.

We loved the whole area. Amazing views and community. Deer walk freely in the town in day time. What an amazing place 😍
