We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, accommodated 6 adults and 1 toddler perfectly. Perfect location 2 minute walk to beach which was never crowded. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Host checked in with us asking if we needed anything. We had one very minor issue with clogged a/c filter leaking water and host had it corrected immediately. We were very happy and would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely the best location!

Kitchen was stocked with eberything we needed.

House is great, close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of room for two families to relax without being constantly on top of one another. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for meal prep with plenty of dishes and silverware; there is a second refrigerator and ice machine in the garage which was very helpful. Mattresses are very comfortable. Beach cart and chairs were also included. Pool area is fantastic but needs a little maintenance (a few sinking pavers and a good cleaning of pavers and cushions). Our only complaint has nothing to do with the house but with Anna Maria Island. The place is packed!! Traffic getting on and around the island at any time of day is terrible. A two mile trip to the closest grocery store will take you 30-45 minutes. The beaches are just as crowded. IfLooking for a more laid back, quiet beach trip then this is not the place. We heard a lot of good things about AMI but were disappointed.
