The hotel is in a beautiful location with great views over the bay. It’s modern and many of the staff are putting in a lot of effort to make it a positive experience. The breakfast in particular stands out.
Facilities: while only small things are missing, it’s noticeable. No hooks in the bathroom for the towels (the one hook that was there was upside down), no chair, etc.
Staff: while the breakfast/restaurant staff are super friendly, it felt like they’re new to the service industry. It takes a lot to get their attention and wait times can be longer than they should be.

We love this place, whenever we are in Dhermi this is the spot we always love to stay at. The people the place and the location all are amazing !

The room and the terrace with lovely seaview were great and so was our stay in general.
I believe the hotel would gain a lot from havings the road leading to it fixed as it is not nice the way it is now, not paved and with big potholes filled with water after rain. The restaurant offer and quality for meals (breakfast was fine) could also be improved.
