The best thing is the location right on the beach. The room was OK for the price we paid, the air con was great and we had a lovely sea view. The location is near other bars and restaurants. We went for the chill and the authentic Sri Lankan experience, which we got.
The vibe of the accomm could be better. The surrounds needed a good tidy up. Clean the chairs and tables - especially on the balconies. , pick up the rubbish etc. We stayed 4 nights, but had no new sheets/towels etc. The sun beds needed attention.

Amazing location, you walk right from your room to the ocean. We stayed in the off season and had the beach almost to ourselves. Sleepy coastal town in September. Go to Rice and Curry for dinner, best food in town.
Beach was very cluttered with rubbish amongst the daybeds. Guests had piled rubbish into piles in hopes staff would remove trash but in the three sleeps we stayed none was removed. Neighbouring beach side stays in comparison seemed very clean.

Brak zaangażowania personelu, został nam obiecany room service, który się nie odbył, śniadania średnie, tylko 3 opcje do wyboru i trzeba było czekać na podanie śniadania około 30 minut, w nocy przed hotelem imprezy z bardzo głośną muzyką, pojawił się problem przy opłacaniu pokoju - Pani nie miała jak wydać reszty i musieliśmy sami kombinować w jaki sposób rozwiązać tą sytuację. W Łazienkach wilgoć, woda śmierdzi jak szambo, nie ma słuchawki z regulacją temperatury, przy kąpieli zalewała się cała łazienka.

The location is right on the beach makes the stay worth it, we spent 2 days towards the end of the season so a lot of the property was being wrapped up due to which certain facilities were unavailable. The hotel staff on ground was quite accommodating as they allowed us to check out a little later due to water sports activities.
The lady staff at the reception was rude and refused to provide water bottles for the room. There were no change of towels provided, no cups in the rooms.
