The home is user friendly and a user easy space to live in. The location is perfect, with quick access to the beach, downtown Melbourne and other points in Melbourne Florida. We have stayed before and enjoy the privacy and quiet that the home provides!

Beautifully appointed house. Comfortable. Great location.

Haley was a terrific host. Communication was great. House was very lovely and comfortable. Close to downtown Melbourne and 8 minute drive to the beach. Would stay there again.

New toilet seats were not securely bolted to the toilets (dangerous for 94 year old), dishes were in the dishwasher and we didn't know if they were clean. TV remote was missing - TV's did not work - roku remote did not work, so we sat at night just looking at each other waiting for bedtime. Remote for living room light did not work so we could not turn off the light at night and slept with the light on. Outdoor trash can had pizza boxes, yard waste and other trash from previous renter & recycle can was full of trash. Had trouble at first getting dryer to work.
