Hotel Boutique Cathedral Plaza Residences room for rent downtown

The location was perfect for us. The old town is close, and there are many restaurants and cafés nearby. The entrance might give a first impression that doesn’t quite reflect what awaits you inside. The building is at the end of the courtyard on the right-hand side, and it is renovated and pleasant. All doors can be opened with a code, which you receive one hour before arrival. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is beautiful, and there is even a very small fridge in the room. The AC worked on and off, but we didn’t really need it. There are insect screens on the windows, so we could enjoy the fresh air.

The only thing we noticed was a slightly chemical smell in the room, perhaps from cleaning products, glue or fresh paint. We’re not sure, though. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location and very quiet as it is tucked away from the main road. The room was comfortable and the remote checking worked perfectly. Perfect for 2 nights

Great location. Clear guidance from the staff. All questions were answered in a timely manner.

The room & building have been beautifully restored. The room was spacious & very comfortable.

The building is about 150m down a lane with a number of dilapidated properties between the main road & the hotel. This makes the approach look unsavoury but arrival at the hotel is a very pleasant surprise. The only other drawback is that there is no lift.
