Stayed here for a few nights in a studio apartment and overall it was a solid base for exploring West London. The location is the biggest plus — you’re right by bus stops, a short walk to Kensington (Olympia) station, and close to Shepherd’s Bush / Westfield. Holland Park itself is also very accessible. Having a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and basic cooking facilities was really useful and saved money on eating out every meal. The room was nice (typical London studio size) but clean enough when we arrived, with a comfortable bed and decent WiFi. Staff were helpful and responsive with check-in and any questions. For the price and the convenient location it worked well for us. Would stay again for a short trip if looking for something practical and central without breaking the bank.

The bathroom is quite tight

very convenient , close to everything. Train station is like a 6 minute walk . location is beautiful. very safe area

the wifi was very in and out which made it annoying at times but they were very considerate on trying to fix it asap so I’m not going to blame them personally.

We had a great stay! We booked a room for four people, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we had a very pleasant experience overall. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!
