About this listing
A centrally located apartment with excellent transportation access—a 4-minute walk to the Delicias metro station and 15 minutes to the Atocha station. It’s an interior unit, recently renovated, very cozy, plenty of natural light. It features a bedroom with two 90-cm beds, a nice bathroom, a bright living room with a great sofa bed (state-of-the-art Italian-style fold-out), and a fully equipped kitchen.
You’ll love it.

Communication was excellent, and we were able to gain access to the property a couple of hours earlier because it was storming.

Enjoyed our stay at this location in the slaughterhouse district. Owner was communicative. Property was clean. Showers were hot (great water pressure).

place was clean and quiet. We had difficulty contacting the owners on how to access the place and wasted several hours sitting outside. Also there were no batteries in the fan remote, no kleenex or coffee. Only liquid soap in the shower.
